I haven't made this but have ate it...it is so good.
Lemon Dessert
Cook until thick:
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
Juice and rind of 1 large lemon
Cool and add:
3 beaten egg whites
1 tablespoon sugar
Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Line refrigerate tray with vanilla wafer crumbs. Add lemon filling.
