Mediterranean Chicken Salad

Here is a salad that became one of my fav since my freind from Slovenia told me about it.

Ingredients:

Mayo - 200 g
Apple vinegar - 4 tablespoons
Honey - 8 tablespoons
Poppyseed - 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper

Smoked chiken breast - 1
Pecan nuts (or walnut) - 60 g
Red grapes - 60 g
Celery ribs - 2 peices

Mix mayonnaise, apple vinegar, honey and poppyseed.
Cut celery into small pieces.
Fry nuts for 5-7 minutes.
Mix all ingredients.
