I didn't know idea what to cook for lunch today.
So I thought about opening the fridge and using the things that were there.
I found these ingredients: fresh tomatoes, anchovies, capers, pitted black olives and pine nuts.
well! I had inspiration unforsely: sauce !!
So I took a no stick pan and poured in it olive oil, a clove garlic, anchovies and browned everything for two minutes.
After I added fresh tomatoes remowed of the skin, pin nuts, pitted black olives , capers and some water.
I Simmered everything.
Finally I poured in the sauce the pasta cooked to tooth.
When the only foods you have gives you the recipe!!:
