Hello everyone. First off let me say that I am new to cooking, but love to learn.
I have a bonless sirloin tip oven roast that I had purchased a couple weeks ago and froze. Now I took it out of the freezer Saturday around 3pm, it's now Monday at 3pm, do you think it's finished defrosting on the inside?
Also, of course...does anyone have any simple recipies? I would like to add the traditional potatoes and carrots
