Peanut Butter Bread

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Cream butter and sugar, add in eggs and milk. Sift in flour and baking powder and stir til incorporated. Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

* I used 1/2 and 1/2 peanut butter and nutella and it was very tasty. I think next time I'd do all peanut butter and add in about 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Mimi, I think banana would be a lovely addition. Maybe use a smidge less peanut butter if you do? Or you might just have to bake longer.
