Steak salad

Can anyone provide me with a recipe for a steak salad? I'm thinking of doing skirt steak, but I'm open to all suggestions.

Grill steak, slice thin.
Place on top of your favorite salad.
EAT!

LOL! Actually, I like avocado in there somewhere, it compliments the steak nicely.
So my steak salads generally end up having a Tex Mex influence, with cheese and
black olives and salsa, handful of small tortilla chips....

the best steak salad i ever had was simply a grilled tenderloin, sliced and placed on top of a classic caesar....it was awesome....top it with a some shaved cheese (reggiano or romano) and some fresh black pepper, and you have a winner

this was at a fancy steak place, but its easy to make at home and just as good
