What did you have for supper? We had an easy Thai inspired supper. I made a vegi dish using Thai green curry paste and coconut milk*. The veg was bok choy, celery, carrots, and peas. I cooked some pork using a packaged "chili coconut" sauce and some garlic, yellow bell pepper, and green beans. Served it with brown basmati rice. It was very tasty. I didn't bother with pix.
*The coconut milk was reconstituted from some creamed coconut and hot water. I didn't want a half a can of coconut milk taking space in my fridge.
