Zhizara - my recipe is easy to make.
1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can white hominy drained and rinsed
4 large tomatoes chopped (or sub 2 15 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes)
1 green pepper diced
1/2 large onion diced
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
Mix together. Needs 2-3 hours for flavors to meld. Keep in fridge but bring to room temp to serve.
