Tonight for supper I made an easy stir fry of chicken and vegis (red onion, red bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, corn kernels, green beans, peas, and sorrel) with a store bought chili coconut stir fry sauce. I served it with brown basmati rice.
Seems to be my time for shrimp lately.
Oven roasted Fingerling, carrots, shallots, mushrooms and shrimp.
Not picture worthy but delicious. (damn, think I'm learning to spell)
Stuffed baked potatoes-with cannelli beans, lemon, garlic, basil, parsley, and potato. Corn on the cob with a thickened lemon/water/garlic, lightly salted or chili powder. Greens (collards and mustard greens) with mushrooms, vinegar lightly salted.
