What's romesco sauce Med?

Ah Ha! I knew it was you!Had a hankering for black bean soup. I already had some spicy Italian sausage that I browned, and that needed to be used up before I try to squeeze it into my neighbor's or CG's freezers.
I've double-ziplock bagged a chicken breast and submerged it in warm water, changing the water a couple of times when it chills, until the breast feels defrosted when you squeeze it. Maybe you could do that the next time you're busy, if you need to.Hmmm...wonder if I can hot water thaw a chicken...
