As tenspeed pointed out, it is certainly not Margarita weather up here. Seeing as how it's about the halfway point of Chinese New Year celebration, I'm making ham fried rice, Asian-inspired soup, and (frozen) egg rolls.
Missing cooking so much. You guys posts makes me miss even more, but I enjoy reading. I have only been home one full week, the week of Christmas since, 12/4. New job and lots of travel. Keep posting I read every day.
GorgeousI had pan seared scallops, drizzled with a blend of melted butter, fresh lemon juice, parsley, and shallots. They were so sweet and tender. Yum.
