For lunch today I had some ciabatta slices toasted with jam, some with vegemite and some with peanut butter YUM!!

for lunch today i devoured almost an entire cantaloupe. this was a lovely, perfectly ripened melon, filled with honey sweet juices, mmmmmm.....

Skipped breakfast today so for lunch I had an egg white sandwich with fat free cheese & ketchup with a side of cottage cheese & fresh pineapple & a G-2.

Nuked the leftover lasagna from last night's Italian restaurant dinner. Tasty!

Dinner party at our home for 7 people. We served ZCornish game hens on wild rice with orange sauce & fresh green beans & homemade bread. Dessert was choice of red velvet layer cake w/cream cheese icing or angel food with fresh strawberries & blueberries w/whipped cream.

Ham, turkey and pepper jack with guacamole and mixed greens on toasted 7 grain. Three cuties and a tall glass of sweet tea.
