What kitchen gadget can't you live without?

I know there was a post like this in December, but I can't fin it, so I am going to restart it...here is the question

What is one kitchen/outdoor kitchen gadget you just cannot live without?


For me, it's my kitchen aid pro mixer

Oh yeah, and pots/pans don't count

Immersion blender. when they first came on the market I ordered one from a TV infomercial. I wore it out, and did without for a few years and really missed it. Of all the 'gadgets', it is one that I really use a lot, and it is much easier to use and clean than a regular blender, but fulfills all the same requirements in my kitchen.

I don't really think I have anything I can't live with out.
I guess I'd say I use my blue long handled heat resistant
rubber spatula the most though. Every day for everything.
