Hello I am Anh from Food Lover's Journey. I think it would be a good idea if I clarify the recipe... You need both fresh tomatoes AND diced canned tomatoes for this recipe. Like Keltin said, line the bottom of the pan with fresh tomatoes, then add in the canned tomatoes. After that...

    TNT Laotian Green Prawn Curry

Amber, Dill is eaten fresh as garnish not chopped up into the curry. I guess the reason is the curry spices are already a bit strong. The soft brown color on the right side is the kaffir lime leaves, which have been simmering to bring out the flavour. Hope that helps!

    TNT Laotian Green Prawn Curry

I came to see this Laotian Prawn Curry in my new cookbook - Curry. The curry is very Southeast Asian style - use a lot of coconut milk and the curry paste is similar to Thai Green Curry. The interesting point is this curry uses dill (also called Laotian Corriander) as garnish... My first time...

    Sweet Capsicum Bread

I made this bread out of the book called The Italian Baker... The dough has some roasted red capsicum in it. Very easy to make, yet quite yummy. I played around with the dough a bit, and made into different shapes: Here is the inside - dense yet not very chewy. And the bread has a slight...

    Can you name this salad?

Sararwelch, your random guess is spot on! The salad is made with banana blossom, chicken and prawn (cooked in coconut milk), onion, Thai basil and some Vietnamese mint as well. The dressing is simply fish sauce with vinegar and sugar. This is a typical Vietnamese/Thai style salad! :)
