    Hey im also a student living in dorms with a disgusting kitchen.. I bought myself a mini fridge to live out of and I tend to make a lot of pb&j sandwiches too lol You can buy precooked meats and add them to prebagged salads and throw some chopped up veggies and some salad dressing on there...

    I was thinking of cooking up honey mustard pepper sauce over stuffed blue cheese and spinach pork chop withh.... sweet potato mash on the side... possibly :) More of a "I have loads of stuff I need to use" menu. :lol:

    Actually youre totally right I think it might have just been red cabbage :S... Im not entirely sure why I thought it wasnt saurkraut if it was cabbage and tasted like it :lol:

    By liqueurs/spirits I mean things which generally dont come in a pint glass or wine glass. :P I would have to say Jagermeister/ Southern Comfort are my favourites and my favourite drink would be a Jagerbomb which is a shot of Jager dropped into an energy drink. I also like chocolate russians...

    I have maybe 15 tops? Most of the recipes are very similar and I almost never cook from them but god do I love reading them :D Its so fun. I doubt I could read a cookbook without pictures though, I quite enjoy the food porn xD

    I would do stuffed peppers for an extra main. You can fill them with any kind of meat you like fish/poultry/red then add some form of rice in. Your mains where you've just said chicken or whatever would need some more description. Maybe say with a tomato sauce and stir fryed fresh veg? A good...

    HM ill have to have a look around for the seeds them, if not ill pick up some of the pre ground stuff. And yes I forked out 20quid for a microplane OUCH my minimal student budget hurt after that one. But god it does wonder for parmasan and to my fleshy fingers.

    chicken and shrimp together? :S... never thought that would work.. I think ive decided on Halved peppers with a layer of goats cheese, sweet pepper mash, chicken, onion/garlic, then topped with bacon bits and maybe more goatscheese or cheddar? :) With some parsley or chives sprinkled on top...

    I think you missed the point here a bit of "peppers". But tomatos are tasty also, I usually stuff them with tuna and a bit of parmsan on top.
