    Tonight I made an awesome dinner. Flanken cut short ribs cooked for hours with onions, garlic, new potatoes, butter beans, topped with roasted peppers. . Used the broth it cooked in to cook cous cous. Yummy

    Coconut/Almond Flours and Bread Machines

    I'm no expert but I have uses both flours. They are more for cakes or breads that are soft like Banana bread. I don't think it will work in a bread machine that is designed to knead, create gluten, rise, etc. I would make it in a regular loaf pan.

    I've been obsessed with huevos haminados lately. Atkins friendly. Plus I usually cook them in a "easy" cholent so you can eat the barley and brand and she can eat the eggs and meat!
