Made a Pot Roast Stew in the Instant Pot the other day. Came out really good everyone said. :) Onions, Pot Roast, potatoes, carrots, sauce Made some sweet peas and garlic string beans to compliment. Cheated on the biskets though and did store bought.

Forgot to add use adobo for sure. Add when you add onion powder, salt and pepper to taste part. It’s not optional. Gives it part of the flavor it needs.

It was awesome! So worth the wait :) It was all gone with 15min lol No sauce or anything either. No need for it. Just eat it straight and so many juices, flavors, textures, etc. flavor changes with each chew. Different parts have different textures, etc. just wow!

Sorry to say I didn’t make it from scratch but now that I’ve had them they r on my radar. Tonight’s delicacy was perogies, onions, sour cream. Followed by my homemade scratch chocolate cupcake from the other day.

My niece is in her teens although spoiler alert she’s had some cooking training and is most likely pursuing culinary arts after high school.

Niece made a great salmon and potato dinner tonight. She has this one down well.
