    1/4 piggy cook

    A first find for me. Went shopping for a brisket and found a 1/4 pig. Seasoned it up and put it on Bubba at 240 till done Flipped one time, wrapped when I liked the color and it got really tender at 185 Saved the skins for crispies later Happy new Years!

    I did a practice run on this in the Bubba Keg for a Cooks Choice turn-in. It was a big hit with family and friends. What do you guys think the chances are?? O course I will cut them smaller and do a fancy drizzle over them for presentation purposes, this was for the MIL.

    This is a real fun way to cook. I love it. BIL picked this up in South Texas and every chance I get to use it I don't pass it up. ABT's using hot banana peppers and jalapeno peppers.
