Head Chef
This is what happens when you down one of these, and you are bored.
I figure a couple of charcoals and a hunk of wood closed up with header tape and a little fiddling with the top vent and I'll have cold/warm smoke for cheese or salt.
The charcoal pan is an empty pellet tin sitting on top of a couple of welding rods to keep it off the bottom. I haven't tried it yet. I have to let the 700F silicone dry. The good part is I got to drink the beer first!
I'll leave a small gap in the bottom for air. Hic
