I received my review copy of Adam Perry Lang's new book BBQ 25 today.
I have flipped through it and I can tell you that I believe it will revolutionize
cookbooks. As I said in my review last year, I absolutely loved his
Serious Barbecue. Well, this book is another serious homerun, but over
the fence in the opposite field.
