I decided to try something different so I bought 2 links of boudin and used them to stuff 2 pork roast I marinated for 48 hrs inPecos 83 Barbecue Marinade by cookwell & company .Also, apearing in the dish is Greek "Orzo"salad.. store bought and egg dinner rolls...
