Here's a Dry rub I'm working on at the moment that doesn't require more then a pinch of salt...
( Right now it doesn't have any salt... )
Derek's BQQ Hot Dry Rub!
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 table spoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4th teaspoon chilly powder
* 1/4th teaspoon cumin powder
* 1/4th teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4th teaspoon garlic powder
*1/4th teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
Mix all the ingredients in a bag or bowl then rub it on any meat you like...
( Right now it doesn't have any salt... )
