Saturday Night Munchies! 3-27-2021

It's been a busy week. One of the fur-babies had a surgery. Back to work for me kept me hopping. Tonight, cooking was too much. So submarine sandwiches for both of us. Mine was tuna salad and tomatoes. Frank had an Italian sub.

Pork schnitzel, rotkhol, and potato schupfnudeln.

We ordered from a local Italian place. DH had veal tortellini in a rosé sauce. I had the butcher board, which had toasted sliced baguette with EVOO, Prosciutto di parma, cacciatore, salami picante, speck, parmigiano reggiano, provolone, gorgonzola dolce, semi dried cherry tomatoes, fig jam (it was actually a jelly). I have a bunch left. It was delicious.
