I got all of the meat at "Staples Street Meat Market" in Corpus Christi, Texas... The Chicken was marinated in a bag. The sausage is "Opa's" Smoked... I rubbed the ribs with "Suckle Buster's Comp Rub".. Smoked all on my Kamado at about 285 degrees with K regular and a few pieces of hickory. Slopped some Good Ole. "Pee Dee River Swamp Sauce" on the ribs and chicken right before they were finished. All came out good.

Now that is a plate of meat. I echo the Cap'n in wondering if there is any meat left at the market. I have this sudden craving for short ribs. Great job SS.

What's a shicken? Whatever it is, it looks great! Nicely done! Ship it to TN!
