Still House BBQ Sauce
--taken from "Barbecue Bible Sauces Rubs and Marinades" by Steven Raichlen

1 cup Jack Daniels
1 cup ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup finely minced onion
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
