Looks and sounds good, patty! I haven't had haddock in a long time. I love it pan-fried, but I prefer it broiled with alittle lemon, butter and Old Bay seasoning. I miss the fish-fries I used to get in NY. That was some good haddock!
Your salad looks good.. what were all the ingredients? It's kind of hard to see.

Years ago I used to cook it in the microwave. I just don't remember how long.
I have broiled it a long time ago. Now I just pan fry it in canola oil then drain on paper towels.
