Finally cranked out a kettle of split peas soup and I made a CI skillet pan of corn bread to go with.

TB is feeling much better today finally . So, since I had a steak in the fridge and I am supposed to give up beef for a couple of months we decided to have that. It was really good - I served it with a green salad and TB had some garlic bread made from his gluten free bread.
