Shrek made us a couple of cheeseburgers on onion rolls when we got back from the movie...banana splits for dessert.

Lunch was interesting...I had ordered take out hot wings the other day that were too hot...I can handle heat as long as there is flavor...these were just hot for hot's sake. Anyway, I finally came up with an idea. I simmered the wings in water until I had a spicy stock, picked the meat off the wings, added pasta stars, green onion, parsley and thyme. It was really good.

Tonight I made chicken Riceroni and added chicken breast and stir-fry vegetables.

Somebunny... your turkey roast looks delish and the dinner does too.

Patty... Like lifesaver, I also love pasta, and your dinner is right up my alley.
