I love tapioca pudding. Of course I make it myself, but with a twist. I make it in my crock pot. I also like toast, seed butter (i.e. sesame, sunflower,etc.) and jam or jelly with no added sugar, other than fruit juices.
Crackers somethimes. No I don't make my own crackers yet. Give me time.
Just thought I might trough this in. When I have trouble sleeping I heat up a cup of milk until just before the boil. I put in a touch of honey when I want and sometimes some freshly ground cinimmon. If that doesn't put me to sleep I take a hot bath.
