Late night snacks- what are yours?

i wake up hungry around 2 & go get something to snack on. often it's booze so i can return to slumber & some kind of starch- leftover mashed potatoes or saltines. what are your late-nite snacks?

i believe that life would not be complete sans comfy 'ol tee-shirts, the Golden Girls, and the color pink
& rock on, PITTSBURGH-

I love tapioca pudding. Of course I make it myself, but with a twist. I make it in my crock pot. I also like toast, seed butter (i.e. sesame, sunflower, etc.) and jam or jelly with no added sugar, other than fruit juices.

Crackers somethimes. No I don't make my own crackers yet. Give me time.

Just thought I might trough this in. When I have trouble sleeping I heat up a cup of milk until just before the boil. I put in a touch of honey when I want and sometimes some freshly ground cinimmon. If that doesn't put me to sleep I take a hot bath.

Bon chance! (good luck)

Milk and saltines...used to be milk and cookies, but I try to control that urge.
We get by with a little help from our friends
