Monday's Dinner - 4/21 - Leftovers?

Didn't really have an "Easter meal", so no leftovers. I was lazy so we had a French "omelette ménagère" with chopped scallions and cheese and toast.

No leftovers available. Bangers and mash tonight. Delicious venison sausages made by the local butcher, potatoes mashed with lots of butter, steamed broccolini and onion gravy.

Only just eaten that so "pudding" is yet to be decided. I scoffed the last orange last night so possibly natural yoghourt with lemon curd tonight or I could be a disgusting piggy and have cheese and digestive biscuits ( I gather these are a bit like grahame crackers). I'm rather partial to a nice bit of brie with a sweetish biscuit.
I can't tell the difference in taste between Graham crackers and digestives. The Graham crackers are square and the digestives are round.

The end result...

That looks great!!!!

We had rotisserie chicken and salads (TB had his usual Greek and I had potato from the deli) for our main meal at lunch as he is back on afternoon shift.

I'll be having some carrot ginger soup later for my evening meal.
