I decided to grill all the thighs. It was simpler this way. Some with sauce, some without. I like the flavor change. It was all I could do to stop from eating a couple more

We're having salad and BBQ'd chicken thighs and ribs (smoked). Thighs are my FAVE part!

We get by with a little help from our friends

We grilled some pork chops, along with bell peppers and baby red potatoes tossed with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and S&P. I also had a sliced heirloom tomato from the garden drizzled with EVOO, red wine vinegar, basil chiffonade and S&P (DH is not a fan of raw tomato).

The trouble with eating Italian food is that five or six days later you're hungry again. ~ George Miller
