You're welcome. Give me a bit to post the recipes. With a little work you can probably adapt the recipes to whatever chicken part you want.

FluffyAngel:

These look mighty good too. Especially interested in the shwarma. I have a couple of cousins living in Israel and every time they come home to visit, I hear all about Shwarmas. Never had one, but dying to try one.

Mostly, I use boneless skinless chicken breasts, but I'm sure you can adapt.

I like the idea for chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. I'd probably use half (20) for your ingredients, and add artichoke hearts, potatoes & some chicken broth.

Chicken pot pie

Bastilla (Moroccan chicken pie)

Chicken with sour cream and tomatoes - Made the dish from a recipe on recipetips.

Chicken fried rice, egg rolls, mu shu.

Noodle/vegetable bowls

A quick dish - dilute dry Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix with about 1/3 cup water. Thinly slice up potatoes (and thinly sliced onions, if you like). Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish, and pour the onion mushroom soup mix over all. Cover and bake, Baste and turn.

Who *ARE* you??? :D :D :D

I was going to request that you post those recipes in separate topics so that they wouldn't get lost in a general topic, and you already did it! :)

I've already given a quick look at those topics/recipes and I can tell you and I share a lot of cooking interests. I just love Asian food!!! In fact I'm cooking one of my own Asian recipes in development tonight, hoping to perfect it one day soon so I can share it.

I'm going to pay close attention to your posts. You've got some good recipes! :)

Wonderful lineup, MsM! Thanks!

We made some Asian Style chix wings the other day that were good. Can't tell you how much, because we don't measure much. But we just added some soy sauce, mirin, sake, a little ginger, some garlic, and a bit of black pepper. We just marinaded them for a couple hours, and sautéed them in pan, with the smallest amount of oil. You could bake them off in an oven though. They were good.

Pound out a boneless, skinless chicken breast, flat. Put a scoop of stufiing in it (stove top stuffing works in a pinch) roll it up & bake until done, approx. 20-30 mn. For the glaze combine 1 cup of orange marmalade to 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, glaze chicken & enjoy!

I really like marinating chicken pieces in a mixture of lite soy, brown sugar, crushed pineapple or pineapple juice reserving some pineapple for topping, and grated ginger.

This is one dish I remove the chicken skins for so that the meat gets more exposure to the marinade. Bake topped with pineapple pieces, but not from the marinade (turns ugly brown).

I marinated chicken wings in cilantro pesto to which I added about 2 tsp of light soy sauce and some maple syrup. We BBQ'd these. They were quite good.

Sounds like an interesting combination. Do you make your own cillantro pesto?

Yes. I had the pesto in the freezer. If I were going to do this again (which I might), I would make the pesto fresh and add ginger to it. I am allergic to pine nuts--this batch had almonds in it. And, because it was frozen, I did add about 2-3 tsp more olive oil.
