Thanks, Chopper and Vanilla Bean. It was really good. I might have to do a repeat tomorrow night since I leave on Tuesday a.m. and will be w/out a kitchen until I return (not to mention FRESH EGGS!).

This was our dinner... I had roasted new potatoes instead of mashed.

Well, Yesterday's planned lasagna dinner didn't happen ...
we got all wrapped up in a banana bread bake that we neglected to take one out of the freezer....

Banana Bread X 2 ---- Blueberry, and walnut...










So, we took the easy way out for dinner.................

Pan - Roasted Taters............



Chopped beef Patties in a light gravy...............



and a little corn for color.................
