I made a really bad-for-you comfort casserol.....beef, mushrooms, noodles, and cream of mushroom soup. So bad but soooo good on a rainy Monday.

I was it tasted SOOOOO good. I only make it once in a while. If I could find a healthier substitute for the canned CoM soup I'd make it more often.

This was our dinner, and I make this a lot. Chicken pot pie with a simple side of spinach and baby carrots.

Yes, it's made with a baking mix like Bisquick, but only it's Jiffy.

Jiffy is what I use too. Lately I have been using cresent rolls to top mine.
