Well, unfortunately the meat all fell apart so there would be no slicing....that is if there was any left.! I usually do make hot beef sammies out of any roast I make (from my Mom) but alas, none this time. But that is a good thing because they really liked it!

my daughter came to see me. she lives in hemet, ca. she brought me a lovely loaf of garlic bread and spread to put on it from a winery there. had couple pieces of that. fish pan fried in butter and a huge artichoke.
