What's For Dinner, Saturday 16th February

We had rainbow trout with a white wine/butter/scallion sauce, basmati rice, and roasted broccoli. Vanilla and coffee ice cream with homemade dark chocolate hot fudge sauce for dessert.

Your dinner looks lovely Kylie. If you get special fried rice in the chippy it usually means it has a few other bits thrown in too such as char sui pork.

Today I did Tandoori Chicken, really simple, just tandoori spice mixed with natural yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Marinated the chicken for a few hours in the mix then cooked it in the oven. Lovely in warm pitta breads.
