I have 1 little chicken, 1 slab of bacon, Garlic, and most herbs, and onions.
What can I make?

That's what I was thinking but I was going to braise it first, Then slow cook it for 24 hours @ 225.Onion inside, rub with minced garlic, wrap it in bacon, roast.
or make a cornbread dressing with lots of bacon and onion, serve on the side of the roast chicken.
