Does anyone know what "larb" is? I keep seeing references to it ... it's a food, and possibly having something to do with Thai cuisine. Vat it is?

Larb is an absolutely wonderful Thai salad, served on a lettuce leaf usually, with either ground chicken or pork usually, and lots of the 'traditional' Thai spices - kaffir lime, lemongrass, etc. I don't have a recipe per se, but if you google it, you'll find a bunch! Delich!

Many thanks, Marmalady! I found one and am posting it in the Vegetables forum.
