I saw an interesting recipe on a food network show. It is a sausage roll with cheese and other items placed on fresh biscuit dough. Could I make all of this ahead of time, roll it up and then freeze or store it in the fridge for two days before cooking? I've had problem with dough in the past so I don't want to add to my bad memories by messing it up by freezing or making ahead of time.
The dough is 5 cups of flour, 3 tbl spoons baking powder, 1/2 t of salt, 1 stick of cold butter cut in cubes, 2 cups of milk.
I assume making it tomorrow and storing in the fridge would be best but I need your help.
Thanks in advance,
Tim
