We made kielbasa tonight. It smells awesome. The small taste-test makes me think that sausage with perogies (also home-made) should be on the menu tomorrow. The pork was ground by the KA but we have a hand-crank sausage stuffer that is wonderful to use. I cannot wait for dinner tomorrow!

I'll try to remember to take a picture tomorrow with the perogies. We made a pork-sauerkraut variety, and then potato-cheese, sauerkraut mushroom, and a blueberry cheese! All turned out great once we learned to handle the dough.

I'd like to point out there are faster modes of transportation than bicycles. And with your track record you might should stay off those anyways...
