Thanksgiving Game

I'm thankful to have many of the recipes for the wonderful dishes my mom made. Some she gave me (as I thought of them and asked), and others my daughter has found and sent me, since my mom died. I can't even explain the feeling I get when something I make from her recipes turns out as good as what she made. Joy and pride are the closest terms I can find that come close.

I am thankful for the Woman who made our life better this year and her Memory. This will be our first Christmas without her, my Mother-in-Law Bonnie. I do love you!

I am thankful for the "dear" my husband and I got 14 years ago tomorrow. Instead of hunting on opening day we were giving birth and recieving a gift that is beyond price (though there are days when I could strangle her!)
