Marble cake gone wrong
had a sudden craving for marble cake so i went online to google the recipe...found a recipe for butter cake n tot i wld tweak it by addin a bit of cocoa powder...
everything was fine until it came to the baking part...after 15 mins the cake was "frothy" inside. top, bottom n sides were cook except for the middle. here's wat the recipe asked for...
250g self-raising flour
- the instruction was to beat butter n sugar till fluffly then add eggs n flour.
i used 200g butter instead...i beat the butter n sugar then added an egg then flour then egg n so on. can someone point out where i went wrong???
