"More Please" Coffee Cake
(Whether you make for your family or take to the office, you will soon learn how I named this one!!! I sometimes make a double batch of the crumb mixture)

Cake:
¼ pound margarine
1 cup sugar
3 medium eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt

Crumb Mixture
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

For the batter: Cream margarine and sugar in mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix. Sift together flour, soda, powder and salt. Add to margarine/sugar mixture, alternating with batches of sour cream mixed with the vanilla.

For crumb mixture: blend nuts, sugar and cinnamon.

Alternate batter in greased tube pan with the crumb mixture in bottom of tube/bundt pan as first layer with more batter and crumb mixture ending on top layer.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

NOTE: If you take to work, bring a copy of this recipe. You WILL be asked for it!!! /rayt721
