A few years back, we had to argue with the loan guy at the bank about our car insurance. He insisted that our insurance was not good enough. We had a $500 deductible and he wanted us to have $1,000 deductible. Sigh.

I wonder why he did that? Strange. Some people are just "sand paper people" they are so abrasive and rough. I can't stand being around people like that. Sorry you had to deal with such and unpleasant jerk.
