Hello Everyone

I have been searching the internet for information on a variety of things and came across this site.

It seems to be very informative. I live in NYC and am a bit of a foodie. Mostly I cook for my family and friends.

I used to work in catering but it just wasn't fun anymore so now I do corporate event planning, but I love wine, good food and great company.

My friends call me Jazzy.

Hi there Jazzy. Jump right in and start posting. Nothing (well, hardly anything) gets us more worked up than talking food. You can share with us some of the "tricks of the trade" in the catering world.

One of the things I learned is that the catering environment gave me a DEEP appreciation for Scotch and Bourbon!!

This is a really cool forum....

I like the way you think, Jazzy! I'm more of "A little bit of wine for cooking...a little more wine for the cook" kind of girl.
