Just stumbled upon the site and thought I would register as I have a great passion in cooking,I am 36 yrs old and I live in Norfolk england,around 90 miles from london,I have work a few professional kitchens in the past as a trainee and am currently taking my NVQ's to enable me to become a professional chef in the UK although I am not sure now that its what I want,I still have my passion for food but have recently learned that I have somewhat of a talent for specialist cakes and confectionary so this may be my way ahead,anyway thats my intro to you all,it looks a great site and I am glad to be a part of it.
