Hello, I have a yummy recipe for a tomato pie! Here it is...
Tomato Pie
After preparing a crust of your choice...
Layer 4-6 tomatoes, sliced, alternating with chopped, fresh basil. Top with 1 1/2 cups white cheddar or mozzarella cheese (my fave), mixed with 1 1/2 cup mayo, (or Miracle Whip) and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. This is a sweet, tomato-basilly pie when your garden has given you too many little round things! Enjoy!
