Glazed Ham Balls
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix ham, pork, cracker crumbs, milk and egg well and form into balls. Put into casserole. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard and vinegar and pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
Makes 24 appetizer size or 12 dinner size meat balls.
