Arugula & Sardine Salad TNT

This uses oil packed canned sardines, so smoky and tasty emmm. Clean one bunch of aruguala, tear into bite sized pieces. now whisk together 2 Tab. evoo,1 tab. fresh lemon juice,s&p .add your arugula,black olives you pitted and chopped, about 1/2 a cup.2 green onions sliced, toss well put in the sardines toss again taste to see if you need more seasonings.Serve with 4 thick slices of toasted Italian bread. This should feed 4

I love sardines, but Kim has a fit if I even eat them when he is home. He says they smell bad.
I never thought of using them on a salad...I might want mixed greens instead of just arugula.

Oh phooey on Kim:LOL: Tell him I said you could have them well take you out to your work room and have them in a salad with mixed greens or crackers just you.
