Tonight I made chili and served it over grilled polenta cakes.
I only grilled half, the other half are basically ungrilled blocks of polenta ( Still haven't gotten used to cooking for 2 instead of 4.
I dont plan on eating the polenta in the immediate future, so just curious if/ how it freezes? Does it lose its texture?
